Each batch is made per the traditional gelato making process and taste tested along the way. It’s a difference you can smell and taste!

Gelato has to be stored frozen but can be served frozen or thawed. If you prefer to serve it thawed just set it in the fridge a few hours before serving, the texture will turn into a fluffy mousse and watch your dog enjoy their Swell moment (note, served frozen it will be a longer lasting treat for your dog as they eat it more slowly).
