Our Story
How We Started
Busch Pet Products was founded by Stacy Busch in late 2008 as an online retailer transitioning from blingy collars to natural pet food due to high local demand for deliveries.
In 2010, Stacy, alongside her husband Chris, opened their first physical store in a 720 sq. ft. space, which quickly expanded. By 2011, they moved into a larger 1800 sq. ft. location in a new shopping complex, adding a self-service dog wash and extending their product range.
In the years that followed, Stacy and Chris further developed their pet care empire, opening Deer Creek Doggie Day Camp in 2015 and taking over Busch's Kennel in 2019, a family-operated boarding facility since 1972.
In 2021, the retail store expanded into a 4400 sq. ft. facility at LaCroix Village, featuring an enlarged dog wash area and a new party room for special events, reflecting their continuous growth and commitment to enhancing pet care services.

The products we have chosen for the store are items we use for our own pets and we hope your furry family members find them just as comfortable and exciting. We have tried, when possible, to buy products made in the USA. We are committed to supporting small businesses when possible.
