I am a tried and true pet lover. I come from a family of pet lovers. My parents were breeders of show-quality beagles for over 40 years and I spent many weekends packed away in a RV, traveling to parts unknown. I even showed my own dogs for a while. I went to college and did all those grown-up things. After a few good jobs (and a few not so good ones), I realized I could take my love of animals and merge it with something I really enjoy…shopping!

The products I have chosen for the site are items I would gladly buy for my own animals and I hope your pets find them just as stimulating and comfortable. I have tried, when possible, to buy products made in the USA. In the future, I hope that I can brag that all my products are American-made!

Many of my products were purchased from companies that donate a portion of their sales to help homeless animals get a new lease on life. I, too, donate a portion of my profits to a local no-kill shelter and to a local dog sanctuary. Look for their websites on the Links & Resources page. These are the true heroes of the animal world!

Oh, and I haven’t forgotten about the cats! I grew up with a cat that lived to be a whopping 20 years old. You can’t compare any cat to her, but I do have some wonderful young kittens that I’ve adopted recently that make our lives complete (and a bit crazy!). You’ll see pictures of them from time to time, modeling some of the products. They are great toy testers also!
