This jacket is a great choice for spring and fall or as a second layer over other coats for really nasty days. It is 100% wind & water-resistant. Detachable hood provides full coverage. Features include tail to collar Velcro opening for easy on/off use, Velcro closure & elastic stretch cord for easy adjustability and fit, detachable hoodie for addition protection against the elements.
